By accessing PictureThisInk you agree to these Terms. PictureThisInk is a general-audience platform and is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, publish, upload, comment, follow creators, or purchase advertising.

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant PictureThisInk a license to host and display approved content. All content is subject to manual review and our Community Guidelines before it appears publicly.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or refuse advertising that violates our advertiser-safe content rules. Use of the platform is provided as-is without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
